By using our app, you agree to: • Use the platform responsibly, • Respect other users, • Keep your account secure, and understand that MindfulSpace is a wellness tool — not medical treatment. We try to keep things simple, transparent, and fair.

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using MindfulSpace, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.
These terms apply to:
our mobile apps,
website,
future features,
and related services we provide.
Continued use of MindfulSpace means you accept any future updates to these terms.

Your Account
Some features may require creating an account.
You agree to:
provide accurate information,
keep your login credentials secure,
and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use MindfulSpace.
If local laws require a higher minimum age in your country, that age applies instead.

MindfulSpace is designed for personal wellness and self-reflection.
You may use the app for:
journaling,
mood tracking,
mindfulness,
habit building,
and personal growth.
You may not:
misuse or abuse the platform,
attempt to hack or disrupt the service,
reverse engineer the app,
upload malicious software,
or use MindfulSpace for illegal activity.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of the content you create inside MindfulSpace, including:
journal entries,
notes,
uploads,
and reflections.
By using the app, you grant us permission to process and store content only as necessary to provide the service.
Community Conduct
If social or community features exist, you agree to:
treat others respectfully,
avoid harassment or hate speech,
not share harmful or abusive content,
and avoid spam or manipulation.
We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these guidelines.

Payments & Refunds
Some features may require a paid subscription.
Billing
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
Prices may change in the future with notice.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on:
platform policies (Apple App Store / Google Play),
local consumer laws,
and subscription type.
Unless required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable after activation.

MindfulSpace is a wellness and productivity tool — not a medical or psychiatric service.
We do not provide:
medical diagnosis,
therapy,
crisis support,
or emergency services.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, contact local emergency services or a licensed professional immediately.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the app reliable and available, but we cannot guarantee:
uninterrupted access,
bug-free performance,
or permanent availability of every feature.
Use the app at your own discretion.

Your privacy matters to us.
Our Privacy Policy explains:

how we use it,
how we protect it,
and your rights regarding your information.
Where possible:
journal content is encrypted,
analytics are anonymized,
